Why does the Zenler Studio toolbar not show up in PowerPoint?
If your Zenler Studio toolbar is not visible (gone or missing), then the Zenler Studio add-in may be disabled. Please do the following steps to enable the disabledZenler Studio add-in in PowerPoint. PowerPoint 2007/2010

1. Open“PowerPoint Options” dialog.

   (For PowerPoint 2007)
     a. Click the Office button shown at the upper left corner.
     b. Click on the “PowerPoint Options” button

      OR

   (For PowerPoint 2010)
     a. Click the File tab shown at the upper left corner.
     b. Click "Options".

2. Select the Add-Ins tab from the left navigation panel
3. From the Manage drop-down list shown at the bottom of the screen, choose “Disabled Items” and click the “Go”
    button.
4. On the Disabled Items window, select each of the items listed and click the “Enable” button.
5. Go to the “Manage” drop-down list, select the “COM Add-ins” and click the “Go” button.
6. Check whether the item “Zenler Studio” is checked on or not. If it is unchecked, check on the same.
7. Click the “OK” button.
8. Restart PowerPoint.
Why do I get the .NET framework version not found dialog?
The Zenler Studio software requires the software Microsoft dot NET framework version 2.0 pre-installed on your system to work properly. Therefore you must first install this software before the Zenler Studio software is installed. You can download this software from Microsoft’s web site. To do so, choose the option ‘Download .NET framework version 2.0’ in the above dialog and click Next. The Zenler Studio setup program will quit and you will be taken to the DigitalOfficePro page from which you can go to the Microsoft’s download page to download the .NET framework version 2.0. Once you have downloaded and installed the .NET framework on your machine, you should run the Zenler Studio setup program again.

If your system does not have Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1, while installing the .NET framework version 2.0, you may be asked to install the Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1 as well. In this case, you have to download and install the Windows installer 3.1 before proceeding with the installation of Microsoft .NET frame work 2.0. Then install Zenler Studio.
From where I can access the Zenler Studio interface?
If you are using PowerPoint 2010/2007, you'll find a new tab/ribbon named Zenler Studio. If you are using 2010/2007 you can find the Zenler Studio tab in PowerPoint ribbon. See Zenler Studio tab as shown below:

How do I add quiz to a course?
Adding quiz to Zenler course is very simple. Follow the steps below to add a quiz to Zenler course:

1. Click on the ‘Quiz’ button in the Add section of the Zenler Studio ribbon in your PowerPoint.

2. A window to select quiz template appears. There are many quiz templates available, select the desired one. Click on OK to proceed.

3. A ‘Zenler Quiz’ editor window appears. On the ‘Add Question’ section, click on the question type to add. It will add a question in the question index section.

4. In the question editor section there are three question options: Question, Correct Message and Wrong Message. Fill the fields with desired details.

5. After inserting all questions click on the ‘Done’ button. Now the whole quiz gets embedded to the Zenler course.
Is it possible to add multiple types of questions in Zenler quiz?
Yes. Zenler quiz allows you to add questions in 5 different types.

True/False: Select the correct option with the radio button. It mainly used to define whether a statement is correct or incorrect.

Multiple Choice: You can add as many answers choices you need. Choose a single and correct answer with the radio button.

Multiple Response: You can add as many options as you want, and choose correct answers with the corresponding checkboxes. It is used to choose from several alternatives and one or more of them can be correct.

Sequence: Arrange answers in the correct order. Users see a shuffled list when they attend the quiz.

Matching: Match the answer pairs in the correct order. Users see a shuffled list when they attend the quiz.

How many quizzes I can add to the course?
There is no restriction; you can add as many quizzes you need.
I need to save my quiz questions in the course, is it possible with Zenler Studio?
Yes. You can import / export quiz questions with Zenler quiz. Using import feature you can import the question from an .xml file and later on you easily export the quiz questions to an xml file as well. This allows you to easily import your legacy quizzes into Zenler.
How I edit the previously created interactivity in the course?

User can edit interactivity at any time of course creation. Edit Interactivity feature allows the users to Edit the Interactivity used in Zenler Studio courses.
To edit interactivity models in the Zenler Studio Course follow the steps below:
1.  Select the slide on which the interactivity is placed.
2.  Click on the ‘Insert / Edit’ button on the Interactivity section of the Zenler Studio ribbon.
3.  It will go to the interactivity editor window.
4.  Do all the modification you would like to do in the interactivity model.
5.  Click on ‘Done’ to publish the interactivity again to make the modifications in action.
6.  The modified interactivity model directly embeds into the Zenler course editor.

Does Zenler course support narration?
Zenler Studio provides you with an opportunity to insert Audio and Video narrations into your eLearning courses. There are two ways to add narrations to your course: Audio Narration and Video Narration. Importing existing audios and videos or recording them right from within your PowerPoint. Zenler’s inbuilt recorders helps user to record audio and video narrations and synchronize them into your course.
I want to add videos in my course, how it can be done?
Zenler Studio retains all the videos inserted in PowerPoint. You can also add streaming content like Flash and YouTube video into Zenler Course. The other option is the Zenler Screen recorder. Zenler Studio makes it possible to record your screen and captured movies can then be inserted directly into your Zenler course.
What version of ActionScript is supported with Zenler?
Zenler supports Flash movies created using ActionScript 2.0 or earlier. ActionScript 3.0 is not supported by Zenler.
How can I add course author /publisher details in my course?
With Zenler Presenter feature you can add presenter information’s to a Zenler course. Presenter option Provide users with quick information about the Presenter. Presenter details include personal and company information’s of Course Presenter. You can store as many Presenter profiles in your course and use the desired one for the course.
Images in the Presenter are not displayed properly, what is the recommended image size ratio?

If you upload bigger images for presenters it will resized automatically. Following are the recommended image sizes for presenter info:
Presenter Picture: 128px X 128px
Company Logo: 500px X 200px

In which format do I add social network details in my course presenter?
In Zenler Presenter you have the options to give details of 5 major social network sites.

How can I provide external resources to my Zenler course?

In Zenler course you can add external documents/files as ‘Attachments’. The Attachments can be accessed by your users when they click the Attachment icon on the course player.
